2019 generation of the Kromschröder® BCU 4 series
Automatic burner control unit, ignition transformer, Manual/Automatic mode and display of operating and fault statuses in a metal housing, for monitoring and control of gas burners, for continuous operation with ionization control, for intermittent operation with UV control (with UV sensors of type UVS) or as a variant for continuous operation with UV control (with UV flame detector UVC 1), single-electrode operation possible, setting of various operating modes via an optical interface using separate software, complies with EU Gas Appliances Regulation (EU) 2016/426.

BCU 460 for directly ignited burners of unlimited capacity, with air actuator control (optional)

BCU 465 with extended air control

BCU 480 for pilot and main burners of unlimited capacity, with air actuator control

Safety time on start-up: 2 to 15 s, to be defined depending on application standard

Safety time during operation: 1 to 4 s, to be defined depending on application standard

Mains voltage: 230 V AC or 115 V AC, for grounded or ungrounded mains

Bus modules BCM..B1 for connection to PROFIBUS DP, BCM..B2 for PROFINET and BCM..B3 for EtherNet/IP
